Refunds for GrowthPilot AI subscriptions.

This policy explains how subscription refund requests are reviewed for the Pro plan.

Subscription Billing

GrowthPilot AI Pro is a monthly subscription currently listed at $9 per month. Payments and subscription management are processed by Paddle.

Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your first Pro purchase, request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment. Refunds are reviewed against account activity, billing status, and applicable Paddle policies.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started, except where required by law or where Paddle determines a refund is appropriate.

Plan Limits and Abuse

Refunds may be denied for accounts that materially used the Pro monthly generation allowance, attempted to bypass usage limits, violated the Terms of Service, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

How to Request a Refund

Include the email used for checkout, the approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request. Paddle may also provide buyer support for payment-related questions shown on your receipt.
