Submit an initial purchase refund request within 14 days of the transaction date. We review usage, duplicate charges, technical failures, and applicable consumer rights when evaluating the request.

The pass does not auto-renew. Unused analyses expire after one month. A new purchase starts a separate access period; contact support@gpailab.com if you were charged more than once unintentionally.

Payments are processed by PayPal and remain subject to the PayPal User Agreement. Non-waivable consumer rights continue to apply.
